We'll give you an honest quote upfront. Additional charges only happen if we discover something unexpected, and we'll always discuss it with you first.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, we'll come back and re-clean at no extra charge.

1.4 Pricing & Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, including but not limited to: room sizes exceeding standard dimensions (12ft x 12ft), excessive soiling, pet contamination, specialty treatments, and additional furniture moving requirements. Any additional charges will be communicated to and approved by you before work commences.
1.5 Satisfaction Guarantee
Steam Pro Carpet Care offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost, provided the request is made within 7 days of the original service date. 1.6 Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services are available 24/7 and are subject to technician availability and emergency service pricing.
Responsibility & Limitations
We're licensed, insured, and take full responsibility for our work. If we damage something, we'll make it right.
We can't guarantee removal of every stain — some are permanent. But we'll always be upfront about what to expect.
These terms are governed by Nevada law, and any disputes will be resolved in Clark County courts.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
Steam Pro Carpet Care is fully licensed and insured. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, color fading in sun-exposed areas, or stains identified as potentially permanent prior to service.
1.8 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steam Pro Carpet Care, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the website, violation of these terms, or misrepresentation of property ownership or authorization.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Steam Pro Carpet Care reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
